Buying Safety Equipment We Need to Keep My Building Safe

· safety equipment

One of the things I highly prioritise as a building owner is the safety of my tenants. I want to make sure that everyone will be safe when unfortunate events happen. I want to protect them from various potential hazards my building might experience later on. My mission and vision are not too far to achieve since I was able to find a supplier that could provide me with all the things I would need to keep everyone safe. One of those things is PPE gear. It is personal safety equipment used to increase one's safety.

You see, the reason why I highly prioritise safety is that a business would not last long if none can keep it safe from dangerous things that may happen. Here, let me share with you how I found this supplier.

Searching for Safety Equipment Supplier
I started my search by gathering information from my floor managers. These are individuals I have assigned to manage each floor of my buildings. I told them that we would have a meeting to discuss which supplier we should hire. They all agreed that we should only have one supplier. That way, all the equipment will have the same quality, and we quickly request for replacement in case something goes wrong. Fortunately, our search did not last long. We were able to find a suitable supplier for our needs. It is called Ansac Technology, and thanks to my floor managers, I was able to hire them.

Communicating with Their Sales
I got to talk with the said supplier, and they were able to explain everything to me about what their products are. Here are some of them:

All of the products they mentioned would surely provide safety for my buildings. Unfortunately, out of the three, the only thing I could get from them is a fixed gas detector and flowmeter. The viable particle counter is too advanced for my building, and it is only useful if we were to manufacture some medicine.

My first meeting with them lasted for hours since I wanted to make sure what I will purchase would benefit my building and the tenants staying inside.

Negotiating with the Supplier
After meeting them, I scheduled another meeting with my floor managers so I could rely on the things I have discussed with the said supplier. A few hours later, they told me that those products would help keep my building safe. Out of the things I told them, the most thing they liked is the fixed gas detector since it could prevent gas leaks.

Observing Their Products
Well, of course, as a business owner, I would buy things that I have not tested yet. So, I told them that I would like to see in person how those products work. Fortunately, they said yes. During those times, I was able to witness how exceptional their products are. I am quite pleased with how the flow meter works since it would check the quality of water. With this equipment, you could quickly tell whether the water is clean or not.

After pre-testing their products, I am convinced that all of those would be helpful to keep my building safe. So, days after that, I contacted and informed them, we are ready to sign a contract.

How Do We Keep My Building Safe from Unforeseen Events?
Other than purchasing safety equipment, we tried our best to keep my building safe from unforeseen events. Well, of course, since we are no fortune tellers, all we can do to be cautious of our surroundings. So, here are the things that we did so far.

Inspect Our Equipment
As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure. As a business owner, I always believe in this claim. So, to make sure our safety equipment would last long, I told my floor managers to check on time regularly. It would be a good idea to do it monthly, but that would be too time-consuming, So, we all agreed to do it quarterly instead.

Develop an Emergency Plan
Besides inspecting the condition of our fixed gas detector, flowmeter, I told them to conduct an emergency plan. That way, everyone knows what to do when unfortunate events happen. To give you an example, here are the steps they need to do when there is a gas leak inside the building.

  1. Once the bell rings, evacuate the building as soon as possible.
  2. Avoid using smartphones.
  3. If possible, open the windows and doors you would see.
  4. Once outside the building, call the emergency hotline.
  5. Lastly, stay outside the building until everything is okay.

To conclude this review, I would like to commend Ansac Technology for providing us with all the safety equipment we need. In this unprecedented time, they have supplied us with PPE gears. So, if you are interested in investing in safety equipment, I highly recommend this supplier. For the past four years, they never failed us.
